Why Performance Fabric Will Pay for Itself

Purchasing furniture for a home is a big investment and no one wants to throw money away.  It just doesn’t make sense to spend thousands of your hard-earned money on a sofa that may look drab and stained in just a few years.  But, it also doesn’t make sense to spend just a few hundred of your hard-earned dollars on a less expensive sofa that will also look ratty and stained in a few years!

The best solution is to spend a little more for furniture with performance fabric that will still look pristine for years after your purchase!

I will even go so far as to say that performance fabric will actually pay for itself!  How?  Take a look at this line of reasoning:

Furniture covered with performance fabric pays for itself by:

  • Keeping you from throwing your money away on furniture that you will want to replace within the next five years. Let’s say you spend $900 on a sofa covered in a soft, buttery yellow chenille fabric.  You LOVE it and you install it in a primo spot in your living room.  Five days after you purchase it, your best friend spills coffee ALL OVER one of the cushions.  The stain never comes out.  You begin to hate that sofa.  You see the stain every time you go in the room.  In two years, you spend another $1200 on a new sofa.  Repeat scenario.  It’s a never-ending cycle of excitement followed by disappointment followed by more money.  You may have spent less purchasing an equally beautifully but much easier to maintain sofa with performance fabric.

  • Letting you stay in to entertain.
Let’s face it.  We’ve all had furniture that is less than guest-worthy.  Maybe you want to hide stains.  Or maybe you just don’t want to submit your furniture to party spills.  So, you go out.  And you spend a lot more money on average than if you had just stayed in and had a potluck with friends.  However, if your furniture is covered in some gorgeous performance fabric, you can entertain with style, comfort, no stress and save money!

  • Being great enough to re-sell when you’re done with it!

There will come a time when you decide that blue is your color.  Or green.  Or maybe just a nice neutral tan.  At that time, you can take your perfectly spotless older furniture and sell it for cash to put toward your brand new stylish furniture…covered, naturally, in performance fabric!

It can’t hurt to look into performance fabric.  Do some cost-comparisons and then imagine yourself in a few years.  Do you want to live with constant worry and ban all pets, food and life from your living areas?  Or do you want to enjoy life and stay spotless?  I know which one I would pick.
